Valerie Zizik

Valerie obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Franklin & Marshall College in 2019. She earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Villanova University. Valerie has experience working with all ages and a broad range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, etc. She emphasizes the importance of creating a safe, therapeutic environment for clients to grow and heal. Valerie utilizes a combination of approaches including person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) tailored to each client’s needs and preferences. She believes in fostering client autonomy and allowing clients to determine the direction of therapy, while also helping clients develop and strengthen skills to aid them in achieving their goals.
