Lynette has a passion for assisting others and providing tools to help individuals reach their goals and maximize their potential. She has a trauma-informed perspective focusing on environmental and biological factors. These factors include having a vast amount of knowledge and resources within various communities. Her strengths include working with individuals who have anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, addiction/families who have an addict amongst them, abuse, Domestic Violence, poverty, Life Coaching and SID (self-injurious behaviors).
Lynette received a Master of Social Work from Walden University with a concentration in Advanced Clinical Practices and has a Certified Clinical Trauma Training background for individuals. She has worked with individuals from all walks of life including diverse social and economic statuses for over 20 years.
