It takes courage to ask for support. It can be difficult to seek help. It is understandable that you may have concerns that you will not be understood or that you will be pressured to make changes faster than you want to. However, you have the right to receive support that is both empowering and respectful. Our counselors can help you at your own pace in a non-judgemental way and with sensitivity. Our therapists will always listen with empathy and with acceptance. There are various forms of therapy that we can provide for self-harm that have been proven helpful and will allow you the support you deserve.
