Peer Relationships and School Issues
Promoting positive peer relationships is healthy, as is learning to deal with school issues. However, sometimes these peer relationships and issues at school can conjure problems and anxiety within social situations. We have different relationships with various individuals in our lives, such as our parents, our siblings, and even our friends at home and at school. Having relationships with other people is particularly important, because these connections with other people can make us feel good about ourselves. However, there will be many characteristics, different interests and likes between these individuals that can conflict at various points, leaving you feeling sad or worried. Our counselors can help you learn how to deal with conflict and how to solve arguments and problems.
