Mandy Boshell

Mandy empowers clients to work through personal obstacles to improve their overall quality of life, because she has a passion for helping and supporting people. She utilizes evidenced-based interventions and methods while taking a holistic approach in her practice. Mandy has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and couples in a variety of therapeutic settings for over 20 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation services from the Pennsylvania State University in 2000 and holds certifications in drug and alcohol counseling, mindfulness based cognitive therapy and stress reduction, dialectical behavioral therapy, and EMDR. She is trauma-informed and trained and is currently working on becoming trauma-certified. Mandy is a licensed trainer for the International Institute for Restorative Practices and has presented to professionals around the country, providing training and development. Because each individual’s journey is different, Mandy believes in meeting her clients where they are emotionally and utilizing a client led approach to best support them in working toward their goals in therapy.
